The best soup ever is my dads hot & sour soup (a Chinese guy taught him how to make it), its full of pork, prawns, noodles, Veg with a good hint of Chinese chili flavour. I'm telling you now hot & sour soup is the king of soups and its incredibly rare/hard to find a good one from a chinese restaurant or takeaway.
