Team worked perfectly?

Ramsdale could have got his sun lounger out and sipped on cocktails for the day. We drew 0-0 with one of the worst teams to ever play in the Premier League and most of the players weren't arsed.

Rico Lewis, Bernardo Silva and Erling Haaland all lasted 90 minutes somehow...Pep fucked up with the line up and his substitutions.

But today was perfect. OK.
As did KDB, despite giving the perfect performance as to why he’s not getting a new contract.
No doubt he’ll be starting next week though….

Dire performance, created very little and showed little urgency until about the last 15 minutes. I think both the team and Pep were far too complacent thinking they just had to turn up to win.

This slow build up play is so boring and predictable and is ineffective. Whilst I still think we will get top 5, it certainly is not guaranteed after that abject showing and poor result.

UCL isn’t fucked. We win our final 2, we are fine. Chelsea and Newcastle play tomorrow. Worst we will be after this weekend is 4th. Chelsea and Nottingham play final day so one of those two will drop points also. We win out, we are in ucl. Big ask but we can do this
You see us winning those last 2? I dont...probably a win will do it

Pathetic all round that, we lacked drive and intensity. Arrogantly thought that a goal would come.

The way we are playing we will have a fight on our hands to win any of the 3 remaining games.

Today's ‘performance’ gives Pep a headache, who the fuck plays next week after that?

On what fucking planet did Pep decide to play a half fit Haaland, Foden who’s not had a good game for 12 months and Mcatee as our forward line against the worst PL team in history.

£200m spent in January to make sure we get get CL and none of the new players start the game. Half of them not even in the fucking squad.

This shambles doesn’t deserve top 5 and with our tricky remaining games there is a good chance we won’t.

Thread full of entitled clowns on here as usual.

Sure the boys may have had one eye on next week but still it’s always good to get a point and a clean sheet away from home which maintains our lengthy unbeaten run and leaves us well placed to finish top 5

Cup final to look forward to next week, all is well in the world

If they had one eye on next weekend, they shouldn’t play in it.

Today was a time to cement Top 5 and they laboured about the pitch.

Not good enough, regardless of how you try and paint it differently.

Can't see us beating Fulham at all and Bournemouth is a 50 50 game, those 3 points today were absolutely vital I feel it in my gut.

Its good to get a point away from home against the worst team in premier league history. Lower your expectations some more ;)

Exactly. And you can't blame the team selection on Pep as well. Or the set piece coaching. Nothing to do with him. Or his tactics which resulted in crossing it shallowly into one player surrounded by 6 defenders. Nothing to do with him. Plus we had loads of the ball so that's bonus points.
We were literally the width of the crossbar away from a win and if Haaland had squared the pass for O'Reilly properly then it would have been a tap-in. Criticise Pep when we don't have the chances or look shaky in defence, but not when we've come inches from winning it but have lacked the quality to get it over the line.

We could've won this game against the worst team in league history and we would've afforded to drop points in one of the last two games, but no it has to be the hard way, embarassing to drop points against this load of shite.

Unsurprisingly we are still an awful team. Being unable to even score against perhaps the worst team in PL history, a team that also has absolutely nothing to play for, is beyond a joke.
I see people complaining about the starting XI and whatever every week, "why does that player start, why doesn't this player start" and so on. Wake up, with a few exceptions they all suck.

Major overhaul in the summer is needed. Preferably we sign quality players this time instead of just burning up a huge pile of money on signing mediocre ones like we did in January.

And that's why Pep's time should be up.

You need to win the game and there was nothing offered in that first half.

See the difference Doku made and then O'Reilly, Marmoush and, to a lesser extent, Savinho.

Why on earth didn't they start?
Okay yes I will admit that it was a poor performance and included a few shocking decisions but I will never call for Pep to go.
We will see where we are next year when Rodri is back.
