Pep has given mendy appearances to prove he’s ready but the fact that Pep hasn’t upped his game time and started Zinchenko ahead of him on Wednesday suggests that he’s still not fully rehabilitated. I would hate it for mendy if he misses the World Cup but if he’s not 100% we don’t want him playing

Recent rumours are that he will be going to the World Cup regardless.

May not start immediately for France but he is much much better than the other LB options so Deschamps will surely take him.

Pretty similar to how he managed gundogans return from a similar injury.

He spoke about it in a press conference a month or two back, they're worried about him getting muscle injuries after not playing for so long. It's not even about the knee itself.

Fair question, I said earlier it was his biggest mistake.
I think the goal could be blamed on several players.

The cross he dropped was a mess.
