I think the best option now is to play KdB in dinho's position. He's a more complete and intelligent player than the others. He's also full of running.

In front of him 2 from Silva, Bernardo, Foden or gundo.

Deffo! He chases all over & puts loads of tackles in as well. Wouldn't have Gundogan anywhere near the team though myself.

Sane G.Jesus Sterling
Silva Bernardo
Laporte De Bruyne Walker
Otamendi Stones
Ederson

Muric, Danilo, Zinchenko, Gundogan, Foden, Mahrez, Aguero

I think the last week has taught Pep a couple of lessons.

1. Not suggesting Pep thought this but... you're never too clever to learn new things?

2. The EPL is a tough harsh environment and no matter who your opposition is, the first thing to do is to go out to win the game from the start. Always, without fail start your strongest eleven, then take the big guns off - the league is too harsh and unforgiving to field a weakened eleven with a view to bringing out the big guns to recover the situation if necessary - sadly it's not like that in the EPL.

Strongest first eleven please Pep. If they're fit enough for the bench then they're fit enough to start.

Dont necessarily agree with that

I have often thought the same thing. KDibble is strong defensively and intelligent... his size and ability could see him in another life as an ideal DM if he weren't expected as he is to weild the wand that is his assist foot. My only concern is that he's coming of multo injuries... Putting him in a role that demands increased physicality may be asking for trouble.

I think Pep knows how to set a team up to win and, occasionally it doesn't come off. That said, if we lose on Sun that as the dipstick previously said, we may be looking for another manager and you seem to have your whits about you:)

We are an injured animal and Southampton will be hunting us down all over the pitch.

We need to get back to keeping the ball, passing teams to death again until the run out of energy, and making sure we take our chances when their strength, running and concentration is exhausted.
