Would've had Sane over Sterling, the link up between Silva and Sane is probably our best attacking threat.

No Walker and Delph is a bonus.

Soooo Glad to see Ferna (as well as Komp’s experience) back in there . Pep’s whole system of play simply goes to sh*t without him. He’s genuinely irreplaceable

Great to see Fernandinho back in the team, hopefully we will be two up b4 he gets booked
allowing Pep to sub him as a precautionary measure. David Silva and Sane work so well
together with their short sharp passing interplay that it's always a shame when Sane misses
out in starting eleven when David starts. That team even with an absent KDB and somewhat
revised back four should be good enough for x3 points today. Just need to start sharp and
keep the tempo to suit our game.

Kompany is an interesting choice. Seem to remember Laporte being a bit shaky at times but I will go along with replacing Stones. Whenever he loses form, he ends up giving way to much space to the guy with the ball, time and time again. Delph might have made it back in but for the red!
Hoping for some nice football from Danilo. He's always class on the ball.


But anyway. Fernandinho. TFFT.

I don’t think it’s being melodramatic to say the next two games are must wins for us. We are now only one point ahead of Chelsea. We need a couple of big performances to close the gap on the dippers and make the rest of the season interesting. I can’t bear the idea of them walking away with the title like we did last year.
