Interesting team, but anyone else find it a bit odd that Mendy isn't getting minutes (not even on bench), even in 'non-essential' games? Because he certainly needs them to get sharp again, on the evidence of Saturday.

Nope in-fact I think it’s odd you’d expect him to get minutes. He’s just played 3 games in a week, he’s beyond the getting minutes under his belt stage now and the priority shifts to keeping him at peak fitness and not taking unnecessary risks with him. Angelino also needs minutes as his deputy with zinchenko out for a while

Thought harwood-bellis would have been on the bench at least,considering how well he done at Preston in the last round,has the young lad picked up an injury..
