"foden is now a bench player" is just the type of baseless overreaction you love to see from a post match thread
Oh yeah because he started sooooooo many games last season and then we definitely didn't spend £100m on a new player to play in the only position Pep has regularly started him in.
Everyone says "Foden will move into midfield" but until that actually happens it's no more than a fan theory. It's a guess. For the forseeable future Foden will stay on the bench for most big games, you'll see.

watch it when you get home...think you will think different....we got away with one torday with how we played....Southampton could have easily scored and we were awful but it wasnt a penaltyShowed the replay in the stadium and everyone sat around me said we got away with one there.
I'd be screaming bloody murder if that had gone the other way

If the official and Var did their jobs properly, we should have had that 90th minute penalty when Sterling was fouled about 3 times. Score that and we win. Foden is just coming back from injury you clown. He was put on in midfield today and looked class. Pep isn't going to waste a player of Foden's class and that fact you think he will is frankly baffling.
