yeah apart from the 250,000ft difference. Planes can't get high due to the need of air to fly
I was reading about the X-15 aircraft that flew at an altitude of 314,000 ft in 1962...but it's probably not classed as a plane. More of a rocket.

The highest altitude ever reached by a plane was 367500 feet in 2004 by spaceship one.

you've added a 0 to that number and used meters instead of feet it should be 31,000m which is 100,000ft
