He's really saying some stupid things these days. Much as I dislike him as man, I occasionally found his analyses relatively pertinent until recently. First, that idiotic comment about Erling. It's not that Erling can't be criticised, but the way he phrased it was no kind of analysis. It was a moron's remark, actually.
And no, Rodri did not “struggle” when he came to city. I saw him in his first game against West Ham. He hadn't quite adjusted to the PL, and wasn't quite certain where to position himself on the park. He wasn't “struggling”. He was learning.
