One of my favourite meals is last night's roast dinner leftovers, fried in a pan with spam, with cheese sprinkled and brown sauce. Think I've been eating it since I was a student.

It sounds off but it's actually God tier food

Daddies preferably but HP at a stretch. Daddies is the top tier brown sauce imo

Those round Spam fritters at school in the 70s were one of my favourite meals and one of the few things I would eat back then.
Oddly, when we go to visit my other half’s Dad in Turkey, the two things him and his wife always ask us to bring over (DF booze aside) is ‘Spam’ and ‘Oxo Cubes’.

That’s what we would have on a Monday with the leftovers from the Sunday dinner.
People call it bubble and squeak and add a poached egg to it.
