Not that difficult T! Probably the most straightforward way is to use a hosting site (I use <a class="postlink" href="http://tinypic.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://tinypic.com/</a>).toby said:

Go to Tinypic, and click 'browse' to find your pic. Now you see the merits in saving it to somewhere easily remembered!
Once you have entered the filepath into the 'file' window, click 'upload now'. After a few seconds a new page will appear with 4 link windows. Copy the second window down ('IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards'). Then, simply paste into your post on here.
If the pic is off your own hard drive, simply use Tinypic in exactly the same way.
Go on; give it a go! If I can do it, anyone can!!
