Haaland, Lewis and Stones all excellent but went for Nunes because I didn't know he had a performance like that in him. Was surprised to see him start tbh, so pleased to see him do well.

FFS there was only one player by a fucking country mile so why the fuck are some of you voting for Nunes ?
He was dog shit in that first half, whilst Savi was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole game.
And as for some of the other stupid MOTM I fucking despair that the fucking drugs have NOT worn off !!!!

agreed, thought nunes was bang average in all honesty. savinho was the best player by far!

Nunes for me, but Savinho, Rico, and the big Norwegian all did well.

I thought Nunes then Phil and Rico were standouts.
I'm missing something with Savinho that others are seeing.
I see a skilful quick player but one that loses the ball too much, lacks a final pass and one that is greedy. There is a player in there but I think he has a long way to go yet.

Nunes for me, 2 assists, 1 goal. Seemed a little awkward in the first half, but exploded in the 2nd.

Nunes was having a quiet competent game, but excelled when the opposition opened up. Sadly very few teams collapse that way.

It's nice to see multiple players vying for the accolade suggesting a decent team performance with multiple players pulling their weight. Savio and Rico being a case in point especially in the second half; more often than not it was their movement in tandem that caused Sparta problems on their left.

We're awaiting the input of one of the players before we come to a decision. He messaged me in the wee small ours, asking to give him a few hours to decide.

He had to play on the left due to injuries to Jack & Doc.

Fair play...not outstanding but effective.
