There is a "YOKOHAMA TYRE" sponsor in the front of Chelsea shirt,why?i do hate it,it should be "samsung",
They sponsor the tyres on the bus they park .....
By the way, I recall our first shirt sponsors Saab and Phillips, and the City shop used to charge extra for the shirts WITH them on it ....

Chelsea should be sponsored by Commodore really.
Liverpool are Crown Paints. Southampton have Draper Tools. Leicester are Walkers Crisps. Everton are Hitachi. Newcastle are Brown Ale. Arsenal are JVC. Palace are Virgin. Oxford are Wang. Brighton are Nobo. Any other sponsors don't look right

Yea I tend to avoid brands which sponsor clubs I dislike. I actually remember walking into the Vodafone store and cancelling my contract when they started sponsoring the rags.
Sad bastard I know, and not that it had any impact as they probably gained 600mil. new customers.
it's just principle.
I think one of my car tyres is made by Yokohama though, so i might need to go to Liverpool away next season :)
I remember flying with Etihad a few years before Mansour bought us and I had never heard of the company before, only chose them as they were the cheapest on lastminute.com
But it was a superb flight with great service and when they started sponsoring city I was happy.

I like Etihad, its just a great name on our shirts. I would be more than happy to advertise this company when ever I wore my City top.
