As things stand though, thousands of ticketless football fans have been told by the Portuguese government that they can run free and wild for days on end in Porto and won’t be subject to the same restrictions that will apply to those with tickets. I’ll put it another way - plenty of fans who have more than enough loyalty points to guarantee a ticket now face being locked out of the ground because they booked an independent travel package.Same thing would have happened at Wembley, turkey or where ever it would have been held
