He's only been announced at one game. Various managers and the Chairman have commented on speaking to him in Manchester or London.

The problem is that as a visiting royal, there would be diplomatic protocols and security concerns any time he is officially here. MI5 would have to be informed, as would the Palace, Number 10, the UAE Embassy, etc.

Correct. I remember his security having strategically placed blankets over their arms and looking rather menacing.

I met the sheiks plane in once and the security men were from Manchester,they were some hard looking blokes,and some big black bloke in a city blazer, good lads we were having a chat with them,they were showing us their cars(which were parked on the ramp) mercs(modified) that

one of the lads who I work with said were top of the range ones.
