spurs 2 city 1. mancini out ?

I think the vast majority of Mancini's detractors last season were bemoaning a lack of attacking intent in certain games last season. Spurs away being one example. Mancini had the last laugh at the end of the season though, as all but a small handful were unable to argue with a trophy and 3rd place finish. Ok, if we do lose today I expect there to be a bit of criticism flying around for this player or that tactic (isa normal), but I don't expect to see any Mancini Out sentiments expressed as long as we go for it. There are occasions when the right team is selected on the day and the team gives it's all, but you still come up short. That's the nature of sport at any level.

Spurs are at home, and will be a threat if Modric supplies their forwards.
As someone said earlier on this thread, they were in the game against united but lacked bite upfront/attacked like a dead chicken. With Modric creating things today they will be much more of a threat.
Shame Nige isnt fit for this game, need him to snuff out Modric. Need Yaya and Barry to do that today.

Having said all that, think we have a very good chance of winning in Mancini's own way: control then kill the game off

i thought Modric's head 'isn't in the right place' ?

no need to doubt Mancini after today. As good an away attacking display as I've seen in years. and the front four all have cover. So now two weks off for Tevez, he leads the line against Wigan and Edin gets a break before Napoli.

We're going to fly this year

We'll twat these today.

Their midfield is terrible and if our fullbacks can keep hold of their wingers, it could be a cricket score.
