His distribution was shocking against Newcastle, but I noticed a different level of control & accuracy with him last night.Just a post about Ortega last night. Other than one wayward kick out, his distribution and general alertness was top drawer. He's certainly getting better with each game and definitely deserves his cup games. A very able stand in.
This is more the level we've come to expect.

I did exactly the sameDidn’t celebrate when we scored as was half expecting the officials/var to contrive a reason to rule it out…..this after every goal we score has ruined my enjoyment of the game of football……..

VAR is one of the main reasons i gave up my SC. It's stifling the enjoyment of the game. And match going fans don't get to see a reply of a VAR incident, something you always get to see on TV.Me too stood there with my hands in my pockets awaiting it to be ruled out a last minute winner at spurs too ! Fucking detest var it's sucking the life out of the game.
The trepidation of scoring a goal for fear of it being disallowed has replaced the natural outburst of joy and elation, and that's just plain fuckin' wrong in my opinion.
