Spurs (A) | PL | Post Match Thread

Was hard work that. Not sure how it looked on tv but was like we'd never played together at times
Didn't think it was that bad. Wasn't great but I think the players are shattered. They've played a lot of football over the last 2 seasons. A lot more than other teams and it shows at times. Pleased we have 5 days before our final league game.

My best part of tonight! My daughter turned just 10, City fucking mad! Singing her heart out last Saturday the day of her birthday...

Tonight shaking like fuck when the penalty was awarded, Haaland scored and she started to cry! Few minutes later singing Champions Again Ole Ole...

That's what it's all about! These moments in life...Wow...

Reminder to you all, Enjoy this whilst you can and make the most of this success, It doesn't last forever. Come Sunday, Party!
Mega post mate

What’s all this about a jinx at the new Shite Hart Lane?

Although, the way the first half went, I thought it was about to continue.

But a fantastic second half finally put it to bed. The first was a typical City goal, and I thought Foden was brilliant in the build-up.

I must admit, I questioned the replacement of KdB with Jérémy, but once again Pep was right, and I - along with many other Blues, I suspect - was wrong. Doku was excellent, and the penalty was just reward for his endeavours. There was no doubt that it was a foul. Erling buried it so fucking hard, it nearly burst the net.

It was awful to see Ederson go off, but what a back-up Ortega Moreno is. I expected Son to score, when he was through one-on-one with Stefan, but give the lad his due, it was a brilliant save.

FWIW, I thought Ange's post-match interview was a fucking disgrace. He came across as a miserable bastard, and for him to suggest, pre-match, that the Spurs players wanted to lose to prevent the Arse winning the title is absurd. The players are NOT Spurs supporters, you stupid fucking Bruce!

Ange not happy with a pretty good spurs performance. Throwing the fans under the bus. Not a great look.
You can understand it, though.

Although I understand their fans actions (I've been there when the rags were winning stuff), it screams small time.
He's a winner. Top manager, but spurs are not in the business of winning stuff.

Said on my feed that it wasn't a concussion sub.
That doesn't mean he doesn't have concussion, it was just referring to the fact that it wasn't an extra substitution that they allow for a concussion. I was surprised they didn't take him off straight away, he didn't look good.

Yeah. I think you're right. Ange is alright. But know your fucking club. And people. I think pep had to learn about us.. although it's damn easier when your the best to ever do it

Well in City. Now win that last game.

Even I jumped up and went bananas when you scored and I don't even support you ha ha

Well done, nearly there.
You could make it a truly memorable weekend by pissing on Arsenal’s chips.

If you are into football and still haven't fathomed out how tribal fans are you should change your fucking job.

He's been around long enough to know to ignore all the bollocks being spouted by the media. Their fans and team fucking wanted it enough tonight alright.
