In the first half I’d visions of Sterling and Sane around about 2018 with our two wingers. Some of their play was outstanding, just need to work on the final touch or final decision.

Nico was ok I thought, some good signs

Bergvall was very good in their midfield
Also thought Spence looked really good when he came on

Khusanov excellent and Nunes not far behind him

Big win

Gray best player for Spurs imo. Intelligent.

I know we got the 3 points and thats all that matters but the truth is we were shocking against the worst Spurs side Ive seen in years. Match should have been over at half time. The half hearted efforts to win the loose balls, the loose passes, the wrong decision making. Absolutely suicidal at times. We only won that because Spurs were more shit than us. It’s really simple.

The ref gave handball. VAR checked it and could not confirm the handball happened. Therefore the goal should have stood.

Any other conclusion is absolute bollocks.

The goal should have stood for sure. VAR should call it in for review if need be. There was absolutely nothing to show it was handball by Haaland.

Alternatively you could take the positives from it. Unlikely to get many perfect 90 mins this season but signs of improvement is enough

Khusanov is going to be the first on the team sheet very soon. Really good buy.

Great result we should have been more up in the first half. We played good in the first half not so good in the second Ederson saved us.
I was sitting and fuming on Savio and Doku and there production then Doku made a brilliant pass to Erling but still I’m not turned over yet, still think they got to make more impact on the production of goals and assists.

Kuzhanov is going to be a massive signing he’s got speed and that is what we need he is the best signing this January by far, the other 2 struggled today.

Another win that is papering over the cracks. Said it before. We only win games now due to lack of poor finishing from the opposition or we catch a team not at the races.
