Spurs (A) Post Match Thread

That performance was our season in a nutshell , profligate when goals are needed and the opposing team scores with their only shots on goal , its an unbeleivable statistic , whether its Ederson or Bravo we leak goals for fun , and i havent got a clue what the answer is , over to you Pep.

Same old same old. Go away, dominate teams. Have all the ball, all the chances totally dominate. Concede 1st shot against us!! Ridiculous

Not just forwards, who picks Sterling? Who picks penalty taker, who puts Gundog with Rodri, which players foul needlessly or put themselves in a position where they have to? How does a team have such dominance, yet push too far to expose themselves? What is Pep doing about it ? Fucking shite at the moment. Real Madrid wont be worried, we'll be out after the first leg if Pep doesnt sort it out
Made a few good points there mate

We need a penalty taker. Gundogan always looked good, but I wonder if a penalty shootout is different to an actual game, because in a game, everything is relying on that one penalty. Perhaps the technically worse penalty taker can actually handle the pressure more.

Another extremely frustrating game. I have sympathy with Pep today though.

What’s more worrying though is we look devoid of ideas and confidence. Pep has a job on his hands...

We've had two ridiculously good seasons, we're just having a bad time of it. Still in one cup final.

Pep has this the right ethos but when you can't finish and can't defend, it doesn't mean shit.

Mahrez and Gundogan must take responsibility for Zinchenko’s sending off. Shouldn’t have ever had to be in that position. Sterling? Yeah bang off form. Shouldn’t be playing. Pep = heads gone. Midfield too slow and timid. It feels equally weird and bloody annoying in equal measure. Never seen such a drop off in quality.
