Ferni missing will be massive loss for us. Not sure how we will cope with him not firing the midfield. Hope we can see a bounce back from a poor couple of weeks. A win will be really tough, Spurs are quick and ruthless. Unless we are similar I can’t see us getting anything. I really hope I am proved wrong.

I would put Zinchenko in at LB and play Delph in Centre Midfield. I don’t think Gundogan is good enough defensively to play in Fern’s position. Also Sane needs a rest.

Ederson

Walker Laporte Kompany Zinchenko

Delph

KDB Silva

Bernardo Sterling Jesus

Realistically we only need one win from our last 6 games. So we should maybe see this one as a bit of a free hit as most are expecting us to slip up.

It’s amazing how things change in a week? Before the klanfield match we felt invincible yet now a week later everyone is already thinking we will get beat! Lol

City fans Doom merchants, thank god the players are not city fans..
City will win.

Think it'll be tight game. Spurs are an excellent side, can see them dominating the midfield at times. i just feel the players will be mentally and physically still fatigued. We may have to wait on the title in the next few games.

I’m always more concerned with players like Son, Erickson, and Ali bursting through from midfield than anything else when we play these. We seem incapable of tracking marauding midfielders...unless Fernandinho picks him out of the melee in front of goal.

I have the same fears but with Fernandinho sitting at home we need someone else to do that job. I expect Pep has been working on strategies and we could be surprised (pleasantly I hope) with his team.

I’m sorry I was not more specific...Fernandinho not playing is my fear, as he is the only person who seems to track midfielders breaking through the lines.

Fingers crossed for a good line up, but I simply expect him to park Gundogan in the hole and play KDB alongside him when defending, as usual.
