Needs to produce a good performance imo as based upon his form so far he doesn't deserve to be in.

Dissapointing maybe but it's hardly a joke.

People go so over the top with Mahrez it's ridiculous.

I dont think they do...most is said in jest but the vast majority of his performances for us since his arrival and especially this season have been a joke...he has no intensity and no desire to work for the team....greedy on the ball and does very little...evey now and again he socres a goal, creates a chance BUT this is too far and between..

he is a supremely gifted footballer with a first touch to rival David Silva's BUT that is the only comparrison between the two of them.....Mahrez is a luxury player and one we cannot afford against decent teams

The odd good game does not make up for the vast majority of poor ones.

It doesn’t matter if he scores. It’s all about general performance over a period of time.
One good game doesn’t make anyone criticising him wrong.
Just as you can’t praise one minute slate the next, you can’t not slate just because he might do something every now and then.
