spurs deserve 4th spot

i think deserve is the wrong word to use, i think they will finish 4th as i think they have a slightly better team than us this year. Only last week some fans (and pundits) thought we were gonna be 7 points ahead of them today! There will still be a few twists and turns yet and i'm praying Bobby will come up with the goods but i feel that we'll have to settle for 5th.
 
If Tottenham beat the rags, I doubt they'll be winning another title.

The team that deserves 4th will be the team that gets enough points to get 4th.

Spurs lost to Wolves ... twice. They have 3 less points against the top 3 than we do. They've scored less than we have, and if 2 we finish with more points than them we will absolutely deserve it.

Whoever gets 4th deserves it. We both have big games still to play, the biggest being our meeting at CoMS, and whoever gets the most points out of these games will get 4th. Game on I say!

They deserve it if they get it. End of. They've beaten Chelsea and Arsenal at home, so what? So did we! It's still in our hands. They've got to come to Eastlands and do the business. If they do, fair play to them, and yeah, they will deserve it. Until then, keep your head and get behind the team.
 
I do find some of these negative posts bizzare.

Sure, if Spurs beat the top three in a week, just after they played 120 minutes against Pompey in the FA Cup, then it'll be a tremendous achievement.

However, there game against Arsenal could easily have gone the other way, as could ours against Utd.

A few week ago Spurs were doing well when we faced three very tricky away ties in a row. We came away with 7 points including being the only team to win at Chelsea this season.

What about when Spurs won just two of the eight games they played after Xmas?

But no...Yesterday they had a good result and we had a bad one so Spurs are clearly wonderful and we are rubbish.

I keep reading posts like this on here. Most people also claimed that Spurs would get nothing at Arsenal and Chelsea either.

Yet I kept pointing out that Spurs have a decent recent home record against Arsenal and a very good home record against Chelsea.

United away, I'll give you. Spurs will almost certainly lose.

But City away? Come on, you're either deluded or running on blind faith if you're that confident of a home win, considering Spurs' outstanding record against City.

In all honesty, City fans should be hopeful of not losing again, rather than expecting a win.

Yet, Spurs fans are the "deluded" ones.
