Shouldn't have shipped three goals to that shower of c*nts, but their third came of his arm. I watched his face when they called for VAR. He seemed convinced it would be ruled out.

Then up step UEFA and rewrite the rule book in the middle of the game.

He bundled it in with his forearm, clear as day. Pep know we were fucked over, you could see it in his eyes.

He’s showing to the other muppets that the replays show Llorente’s arm ripple where the ball hits him first, which is 100% factual. Yet they were just laughing at him saying “hahaha you can see him skin move? Is that the rules now? If his skin moves it’s a foul?”

Because, like in life when you are cheated it hurts. Doesnt matter if you didnt give a shit to begin with. We're just trying to do our best and when people play a dirty game it stings like a mofo. Ah well. Head Blue. Domestic treble to play for. Gotta pip the dippers. And hopefully spurs will be so worn out and high on life that they dont turn up on the wkend. It hasn’t clearly hit his arm ffs.

His skin moved and from the angles shown it looks like that’s because Laporte was pushing his arm.

I’d like to know what the hell Ederson was doing fixing his f**king gloves as it went in.
 
Ahhhh this one hurts. A weak lineup in the 1st leg and poor defending in the 2nd leg was too much to overcove. We'll win this competition eventually. Good effort, poor execution.

I think you actually raise a valid point. The players have to be gutted. If Pep can get the squad to win all 5 remaining games more power to him.
 
Would've been tough to recover given that lineup and performance in the first leg.
It's games like this that really make the 'Emptyhad' jokes incredibly old and stupid as well. Really appreciated the atmosphere and intensity.

Also, since we're making big changes to the CL with VAR and things like that; can we just drop the fucking away goals? Even goal ties going to extra time are so much more entertaining than being decided on away goals.
 
thing is in a game without VAR that goal would most likely have been given rightly or wrongly ,now without that instant decision of the officials of the flag going up or not the fun has gone from the gam,i dont know how many people decide on VAR but its not closed to being corrupt

As long as Pep's here, though, I can't see us winning the CL. I don't really care as long as he keeps delivering domestic trophies, but he's clearly got an issue with knockouts.

VAR doesn’t exist and we’re all in here with our cocks out proclaiming ourselves the greatest team ever.

Instead we’re out and a lot of people’s heads have suddenly gone.

Thought we were absolutely immense as an attacking force. We played some extremely high level football at the highest level of the game.

We were much the better team.

Thought the players gave everything they had.

Thought Pep’s plan was spot on.

Thought the crowd were colossal.

I’m extremely proud of the club tonight.

Sometimes it just isn’t meant to be.
