8 passes and Spurs scored 2 goals
His drop in form coincides with him getting together with Maya Jama, she’s ruined him.
Are we in Shit or glory then?Come on it's only fucking Spurs
We all hate losing and kick the toys out of our prams
But next week they will lose and City will come back with a bang
Its City
In Glory or in the shit we have a wobble nothing ever changes
I know you want to defend a homegrown player but we need to face the facts. He is shite.Wasn't just talking about him but you just zeroed in on it didn't you.
Not sure you were there or if you were you have already decided on him, but on EVERY corner Rico was going mental at the rest of the side that he was LEFT ON HIS OWN prone for a counter attack.
The whole tactical and team dynamic is off ATM and this is exactly what I mean. I name no names and yet you lot can't fucking help yourself when I was sitting behind the goal watching Rico Lewis having a go at SENIOR players for dawdling up to corners leaving us completely exposed.
Yeah, he wasn't great today but let me list the players worse who you didn't mention;
Cherki
Reinders
Dias
Marmoush
That's what I mean you Mellon. Thanks for proving my point.
As last season, we are sluggish, don’t seem focused enough for the speed of the opposition who were at us instantly. Poor ball control allowed them to take it away from us constantly, and we looked weak being bullied off the ball. Too many through ball opportunities missed and just same ball sideways. We are simply not a great team anymore. Our era of dominance is over. It happens to them all eventually. Liverpool and United dominated eras but it doesn't last forever. Now it's our turn for it to come to an end.
No killer instinct anymore either. 3 years ago I'd fully expect us to get something from a losing position, just because of the killer mentality we had. We no longer have it. Players are laughing and smiling on the bench or having craic with opposing subs while we're losing.
The city era is over. Frustrating times ahead.
Bollocks. We’ve brought in good players at considerable expense but reasonable prices. A credit to Viano. We’ve spent a shitload more than today’s opposition but they were better organised. Our signings in general over the last few years are just not up to it. Marmoush, Nico, Doku, Savinho, Nunes and to a lesser extent Kovacic. All bad signings not the quality required to compete. The new lads the jury is out but you see some of the other teams signing players who are proven in the premier league, yes there might be a premium but you know they can do it.
We are in for a season of pain again and it’s largely down to the fact our recruitment team don’t know what they’re doing.
So so good. So so proud. If Peps comes out and picks any positives out of that performance I will be fuming.
If that was to have happened then the break point has been and gone until next summer.I love Pep. He took us to a level we never thought possible. But I honesty think it’s time to change. New coach new idea. We need a breath of fresh ideas vs the same ole same ole week in week out. Teams figured out how to play against us. It’s just getting embarrassing now.
We play as if Haaland is Alan Smith. He's rapid and progressive and we have completely nullified that.
Think back to his first game, West Ham that goal. Now teams play differently but we let them. He can still bully full backs...but on the fucking floor please.
There was a chance in the 2nd half to play it through to him but we are so drilled at going wide first (letting everyone get back and defend) that the ball never came. It is the single biggest waste of a player in the history of football and I don't think I'm being dramatic.
