Dont be a dick, the clubs will still pay staff , at least we will
And what about clubs lower down the leagues who can’t afford to. It’s sheer stupidity to cancel the games. No reason behind it except to pay respect which is what would be done by playing the games in the first place!!

Not sure why so many are losing their shit about this. It's one, potentially 2 max, weekends of no football, its hardly a life changing decision.

I'm somebody who generally plans my entire weekends around going to the match, I wanted it to go ahead, was looking forward to this weekends match and I'm disappointed I now cannot go but it doesn't warrant going mental because of it.

Nobody is saying this means we all have to sit at home mourning watching BBC news all weekend, do whatever you want you just cannot see Premier league football this weekend.

From a purely footballing perspective, it's probably advantageous for us not to be playing this weekend anyway. Walker is a massive loss, potentially having him available to play to deal with the counter whenever the game does take place is huge whilst Spurs have a fully fit squad and won't be in a better state.
When are they fitting them in then? There’s no room in the hectic calendar as it is.

At least the sad acts will get even more time to sit and stare at the obsessive forced "mourning" coverage on the BBC.

Yeah just had radio on in the car and it does all seem very forced, it’s a strange thing why people have to show they’re the most upset and hurting more
One caller saying she’s in the office and nobody can concentrate and they all keep having to get up and hug each other

It’s complete narcissism, I know it’s huge news but don’t forget about me, look how sad I am
