It has not always been anti-City, more so like pro narratives. They'll big up any hot team. Spurs is deemed hot now, so they get the treatment. You should have seen their treatment of City 7 or so games into the season.

You should listen to the commentary whenever City is playing against top six - excuses/justifications for all teams and picking on City.
