I was thinking that's some research carried out by Kaz. Good to see somebody checking out for RAGS.CTIDDo you spend half your life checking up on old posts? Your not alone by the way.

100% in principle.I still expect a win tomorrow, kovacic will be a monumental loss for the games afterwards though, particularly Anfield where we're likely to get slaughtered by route 1 football. Still think we need to find a totally new way of playing because sticking increasingly inept players in the rodri role and expecting the same game has seen us lose 4 in a row and it will only continue if we persist.
Having no kovacic either could force his hand into switching but Pep has shown no signs of changing things, he'll just stick gundogan in that role instead now with him unable to stop any counter and defenders bombing into positions they cant defend from and we'll continue to be wide open.
I want to see a natural flat back 4, no inverting, just a standard back 4 that can defend as a unit and not be constantly trying to fight fires a man down every time we dont have the ball. Ideally if we have enough fit defenders i'd have stones as the actual dm not a defender moving in there with bernardo alongside him then 3 attackers behind haaland. At the minute that should be savinho right, Nunes left and kdb or foden central. With kdb, foden, savinho, nunes and doku to pick from, any 3 from that list is more than enough to be capable of creating enough chances to win us games, let them do their thing with a solid defensive unit behind them, we don't need to be committing defenders forward constantly, we need a stable defence more right now.
I don't expect to see that though, reckon he persists with trying to get players to fill holes and we play the same way which probably means we see something like
Ederson
Walker
Stones
Akanji
Gvardiol
Gundo
Bernardo
Foden
Savinho
Nunes
Haaland
We ARE getting one, and he's a good un.....however nobody else in the world is near Rodders level and he may never be the same player again !!The only positive in Kovacic being injured is that it’s likely to show Pep and the club that we really do need a January signing for the 6 role.
Fish supperMaybe time to try nunes in the 6 position.
Vinicius is worthy of breaking up your chat with your mates rather than applauding Rodders?Nothing of the sort, everybody's journey to the match is different.
Mine will be an hours drive, 30 minute walk and as ever, hopeful the journey runs smoothly so we get in early enough for a catch up with people not seen since the last home game and see the ko.
Having a pint before the match with mates is not a crime and is part of going to the match.
Thank the fucking ludicrous laws to say you can't finish your drink in sight of the pitch for the stragglers.
I find it interesting that people near us who are in their seats early and stay in them at half time are the ones to leave early before the match has finished.
I may not be in at 17:10 tmrw but I guarantee you 100% I will be in my seat at the full the whistle.
Now if you said Vinicious would be there at 17:10 then I would be in my seat, to call him a **** ;-)
