It might be simplifying things too much but I would be happier with a settled back four and one which contains a leader ala Vincent or an in form Dias. What we’ve lacked lately is drive and a secure defence.

I would be happy with walker stones dias ake for all big games for the rest of season but it ain't happening

and as much as I love Kev, he has been nowhere near good enough recently and looks half arsed. Honestly, don’t mind him being on the bench for this one. If it makes him hungry and he comes on and performs how he can , then it’s the right call

Interesting set up! Positives and unsures for me.

Wary of Lewis being the weak line if he moves inside and we're hit on the counter and that's why I'd have left Walker in. Would rather Mahrez be left out cos he may just ignore Alvarez, which will annoy me (glad to see him IN the team finally!) and talking of which, do I assume Julian Alvárez to be roughly taking the De Bruyne role, linking attack?

It's how I would play him, if I were Guardiola.
