We need our team down to the last man who'd ever come off the bench to not even take up a spot on the team sheet unless they are willing to out work and out play whomever is coming at them. The complacency Pep speaks of often and hopes to avoid has been on show in this club at present... shit elitist "we'll win we're fucking world class- the other team can't hold our boots" attitudes resulting in shit performances and losses.
