Its not no it's East stand

Face value is £70 in 236 if bought from the club.

I thought the BM rule was no more than 1/19th value of the ST ? ie. what the holder paid for it.

I cant see that rule. It isn't reasonable either. No one wants to pay £40 for spares for Brighton midweek but want the derby / Liverpool / Spurs at the reduced price? Its reasonable imo to charge the middle of what city charge and what the season ticket works out at. If people want to pay 1/19th then they need to buy a season ticket and commit to paying for every game.

I generally sell mine for £20-30 for all but the 'big 5' they wouldnt sell at 1/19 for any of the other games.
