Spurs new stadium announced {merged}

Re: Spurs new stadium announced

Hopefully this will mean that they won't have any funds left for team building as they use them all on the stadium so they will cease to be a threat on the pitch for a few years.

Don't know why they are building a hotel, who would want to stay in Tottenham, it's a shit-hole!

Hmm - i was looking at this. They appear to have big plans similar to our project. It is therefore critical that we pip them to the post to be the next big 4 member.

Re: Spurs new stadium announced

2 ways to deal with our staduim deveopments and prices:

1) bigger staduim, more tickets, tickets will cost less
2) demand for tickets exceeds the staduim capacity and prices are put up to push some punters away and to gain more income

for these 2 reasons a new staduim would be alot better for us fans.

as was case yesterday.

You mean when we sold out the upper level of the away end?

but still didnt sell out all over the ground

Crowd was 44,906, with there being 1000+ empty seats in the Fulham section, a part of the ground where you can't really put more City fans since they'd be using the same entrances.

they should have trialled operation one end and give city fans the whole of the lower tier.
