Spurs Thread - 2021/22

Well done Levy, you may have beat ickle old city in the we can keep kane battle, but you've turned spurs into an absolute joke of a club.
they didnt beat us mate in the Kane battle,Levy cut his nose off to spite his face, put that deal back on the table in Jan he'd snatch the cash, hope we dont by the way i wouldnt value him much over 70M now

The one that should have been sacked was the one who did the sacking! Levy turning into swales Took him 2 months to find a replacement for Mourinho who everyone knew was a busted flush and not a fit for the job Then having been turned down by all his choices he appointed someone available. If he sacked Nuno without having an immediate replacement lined up hes a buffoon

Normally they go for a cockney spiv in between sacking their Latin coach so it’s more likely to be Barry Fry than conte.

That’s the quickest any manager under levy been sacked and it’s all to do with fans starting to look at him at the main problem it’s what Swales did and why we went through loads of managers.
So true Blue, The first rendition of "Swales Out" meant the manager was going. What awful days they were.

17 games and Nuno sacked, what a buncn of jokers, good luck to Nuno though i like the guy, nice big pay off incoming
Yep, Nuno's a decent manager. Not top drawer but he was about the best Spurs could've hoped for in the summer when they were making a pig's ear of getting someone in.

It's not Nuno that's the problem - it's Spurs and the way they're run. For a perceived big club, they try and do everything on the cheap, except when it comes to asking prices for their players and the size of the debt they're in due to building that new stadium. They got lucky with Pochettino but ended up screwing that up eventually.

Nothing will change while Levy and Lewis own the club, but it's doubtful anyone will be interested in buying them anyway with that huge debt they have. That's why West Ham are a far more attractive proposition for a big money takeover. The Hammers are going places and I can see them being Chelsea's main challenger in London over the coming years.
