Stay and fuck levy over. Stopped him from playing for gods own. Maybe we could try again next season on a free?

I am pretty much with this.

However, for the life of me I cannot for one moment imagine Bayern upped their bid 3 times and gone to all that trouble without some sort of nod from Kanes camp that he was happy with terms and would move to Munich.

Should he stay then he has played Bayern like Corelli on a Stradivarius and they will bleat like hell! But fuck em, arrogant cunts!
 
It looked briefly he was going to bottle the move but if it is designed to get more money out of either Bayern or Spurs then it is a shrewd move and Kane isn't as daft as he looks.

Levy is such a cockwomble. He will leave Spurs with a state of the art stadium where your pint is filled from the bottom up and has a karting track under the stands ...................... and an empty trophy cabinet
 
This Kane saga just really exemplefies why Daniel Levy is always prioritising his own PR and reputation as "master negotiator" over the actual benefit of the football team he runs.

He's dragged out this transfer for 3 months over what will be about £20m. The papers will hail him as a genius. Hardened negotiator Daniel Levy doesn't cave in! get's his money etc.



Meanwhile...

Postecoglou has spent all summer training and playing with Kane leading the line.

Transfer inflation has grown at such a rate that £100m in your hands today is probably worth less than £80m was worth in May.

He's now got 2 weeks to spend the money in a crazy market, with teams desperately avoiding selling their key players when the season has started.

Those players are coming into a team cold. No time to get used to the move, feel at home at their new club, develop relationships on the pitch and understand the coaches tactics, never mind physically moving their familes, putting the kids in new schools, getting a house etc.

Knowing Levy, postecoglu will be lucky to see half the kane fee. He'll probably be sacked by Xmas due to a lack of goals and points.
 
There was a delay because that shithouse Levy suddenly wanted to renegotiate the sums and types of bonus payments for the add-ons.
