Spurs Thread - 2023/24

I wonder what many Spurs fans must feel watching a large contingent of their support cheer on City? What about current Spurs players or prospective Spurs players. We've just seen Ange kick off at the club's mentality, plus a twitter video is circulating of him berating some Tottenham fans. Van der Ven has come out saying he was ashamed of the atmosphere. Not a good look for prospective signings.

I think on the pitch Spurs put up a good effort so they didn't throw that game. But I reckon the actions of many Spurs fans will have tarnished that club and its perception elsewhere for years. Small time indeed.

Still, they've got some NFL games and a Beyonce concert to look forward to at their 'Best Stadium in Europe'. Every cloud.
They'll feel delighted because they don't have to go to work tomorrow and put up with gobshite gooners for the next 3 months.

Like the atmosphere would've been any better if it was Arsenal hosting City with an Arsenal win gifting Spurs the title, fact it is they've been utter shite for months now and have themselves to blame for being in this situation, some of the performances the in last couple of months have been embarrassing so the players and the manager are the last people to talk about shame.

Sure. Well I hope they feel it's worth it when in reality it's just showcased to prospective players what a small minded club it is.

I'm not sure I'd ever cheer on another side against my own team, I'm sure you'd not cheer a team beating City. Just shows we live rent free in their heads I guess.

Looks a very good player that lad if he has said that wouldn’t be surprised he’ll be looking out before next season ..To be fair spurs should have 100% got behind their team as they still had the chance of champions league football, they should be thinking of the bigger picture and what that could have brought them, instead of worrying about Arsenal..oh and levy is a cnut hope they fuck that shit off and he ends up braking down somewhere on the way home and gets bummed by what he thinks is a Good Samaritan, karma at its best you fucking shithouse ..

I think he’ll change Spurs. I like him.. no winging at refs, or wind or length of grass. Just wanting mentality built around the club. He’s one to watch ino.

They lack ambition. From top to bottom. I'd be pissed off if I were him.
So long as the stadium makes money, Levi won't give a fuck.

Agree.. if they stick with him ‘ala Arsenal with Lego head.. they could reap the rewards, as I think he could build something… may take a few years but if they stick with him I could see him being the guy that takes advantage of when the bald god calls it a day with us.

Problem is they have is Levy.. he thinks only of short term money gains and is a ****… hence they will never win nowt.

He’ll be gone if he doesn’t get guarantee’s and unfortunately for spurs levy guarantee’s nothing but thinking spurs are a big club because they have a shiny stadium he’s the problem at spurs ..
