‘they all look the same’ - Seems OTT 7 games but you can’t say that this day and age. We have training at work several times a year on all this type of stuff. If I said it and it was reported I’d be sacked.

His ban helps us but i'm not a fan of the FA determining what is and isnt acceptable, this should be something for the club to figure out and do whatever they feel appropriate. if bentancur and son spoke and both had no issue with it, it should be left at that without the FA interfering. If there was an issue, they can deal with it as they see fit, the FA should only be getting involved if the clubs asks for it.
Context is always critical and we don't seem to have it. Or at least the reporting on this isn't giving it to us if it's put there. Surely he didnt just come out and say all Koreans look the same? Has to have been background to it, as an example was there a comparison to somebody who genuinely looked like Son?
Even if he did just come out with that, it doesn't neccesarily make it offensive. Obviously a blanket statement of they all look the same sounds bad to us but South Americans have a different culture, just because it translates to something our society has deemed inappropriate, It doesn't mean they have the same intentions if they say it.
