spurs tonight

for what its worth i dont mind spurs at all and consider them proper fans who always take a good following...im just sick of you fukin beating us in key games! good side spurs.
 
To be fair all this loathing of other teams (apart from the obvious) gets my goat a bit, we get labelled bitters by the most pathetic bunch of footballing rent boys and slags you could ever be unlucky enough to meet, and most of us are learning to laugh it off, after all we know the clock is ticking. Fuck 1981 fuck last May, Spurs earned their right to be in that competition.

I watched that last night with a sense of could'a been us, but it was'nt simple as. We didn't earn the right last season. WE WILL THIS SEASON, I just wish some blues would stop being exactly what them wankers from Trafford accuse us of being and look to the future. It will be us next season, and you know what, we will be straight in the group stages and despite being in pot 3 and pulling Barca, Munich and the best team from Turkey or Russia we will qualify and stand a very real chance of winning the thing. Good luck to Spurs, they will do well to get to the quarters and I think most would take that to be honest. They won't be under any illusions of what they're up against, of that I'm sure.

In my opinion, we have to stop looking at clubs that beat us or finish higher thus out qualifying us with envy and derision. Isn't this exactly what we are critisizing others for when they call us names because we are wealthy. Winning trophies breeds a desire for more, its what they call a winning mentality.
Competitions like the League Cup and Europa League (aaaggghh I hate that can I call it the Uefa Cup) would be a more than acceptable start, and that's exactly where we are in this journey, the start.

Spurs fans are not bitter are they? You certainly didn't wait for us and fire bottles at our heads after we beat you in the 2004 FA Cup - 3-0 down with 10 men (not bitter, no). According to ESPN the greatest comeback in sporting history.

As for outclassing us - probably on about 3 occasions in the last 15 meetings. West Brpm have as good a record against than Spurs.

BTW I am in London and I know Spurs fans are very bitter towards Chelsea and Arsenal, and have been for years as they have won the league more than you and certainly a lot more recently.

TBH I am surprised you were not banned after your last post.

I like chatting to opposition fans but I have to admit it is weird that Spurs are celebrating the biggest week in their history by posting on a City forum.

I made the point the other day that the reason Spurs and other fans are here is becasue of the reputation Bluemoon has. It's genuinaly not doing City fans any favours. There was a thread on here a while ago asking why city are becoming so hated and none of you mentioned Bluemoon posters. There are links to Blumemoon threads on so many other forums. Go Villatalk, Redcafe, Toffeetalk or Spurscommunity and you'll find links to threads on this forum, to illustrate what City fans are like. The reason there are so many Spurs posters here was because of the amount of anti Spurs thread posted here around the time we played you last season. Our fans were shocked by the anamosity and had no idea you hated us so much. And what makes it worse is the things you accusse Spurs fans of and the reasons you give for hating us, are traits that are prominent amongst posters here. You seem to hate Spurs fans for being exaclty like loads of City fans. Until we discovered Bluemoon and all the anti PSurs sentiment, there really was no hard feeling towards Coty amonsgt SPurs fans at all. In fact I think most Spurs fans would have had soft spit for seasonas they can empathise with what its like to have a more successful same city rival. After our agme at the end of last season I thought some bridges had been built as a number of Bluemoon posters cameotu and condmened the anti Spurs stuff posted here, but its just gone back to the same it was before and there is no reason for it. Spurs have never had an issue with City.

Who cares? I couldn't give a toss what the rags, or Villa, or Dippers have to say about us. In the end, it's a City forum and is going to be heavily biased towards City.

Sorry, I should proof read more carefully, my spelling is terrible. But you ask who cares and my response was concerned with a thread started the other day by a City fan and contributed to by numerous others, in which it was asked why fans of other clubs have started to hate City. The general concensus was that your new found wealth was the reason, but I'm pointing out you didn't take Bluemoon as a key reason into account. I'm fairly sure Bluemoon has done far more to make Spurs fans hate City than your wealth and it will be the same for other clubs also. I promise you the average Spurs fan has never had an issue with City and would have been far happier to see you lot in the top 4 than the Sky 4.

If you were a Spurs fan, wouldn't you start to dislike City if you logged onto a City forum to read these comments form this very thread? And this has been pretty mild, often it is far worse and Spurs fans have no idea why as we've enver had a problem with City. But it isn't just Spurs, City fans seem to hate everyone and this has as much to do with City's groing unpoularity than your new found wealth. The wealth and signings have drawn attention to City, hence fans of other clubs are lurking at Bluemoon and often are shocked at the negativity posted here and Man City fans are becoming the most hated in the country.

Because I don't log into Spurs forums. And I don't particularly care what they think of us.

I know what I think of my club and I could tell you a dozen stories about how completely fucking awesome some of our fans are.

And of course, even Spurs fans could recognise how much of a bent **** your manager is?
 
Don't know why anyone would be upset to log onto another teams forum and discover some nasty words spoken about their own team.

Grow up, get over it, get a life. If you can't cope with people disliking Spurs I'm sure there's better places
to visit.

My point isn't that we can't cope with it, but to answer a question posed on here the other day as to why City are becoming so hated. It isn't just becasue you now have alot of money, but because you now have more attention are people are aware of the attitudes of you fans to others clubs. All forums tend to be negative towards other clubs, but Bluemoon seems to be the worst on the web for it and it's a key reason why City are becoming so hated.
