Spurs are the best attacking team in the country yet Newcastle have score more than them
LOL. Didn't know that.

A list of teams from the Premier League that have scored more than Spurs (the greatest attacking team on the planet).

Manchester United
Arsenal
Manchester City
Chelsea
Bolton Wanderers
Newcastle United
Backpool

Win need a win tomorrow big time. Need that 3rd spot and knowing our luck we'll get 4th and spurs will win CL(I know its a long shot but you know our luck. haha. Plus we don't want to fuck about in them early qualiflying games.

Too early to call that, IMO especially with us to play spurs yet. Great to see spurs fluff their lines away at wolves when they were winning in the last few minutes, then in what they all though would have been a banker today. We could still do with wigan or stoke getting something from them though, but the madrid away game is sandwiched between them so it will give them something to think about

SAY WE ARE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE, SAY WE ARE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE (O:
the key will be beating them at our place, but you never know, a draw may be enough

Not checked up on the stats but Spurs record after CL games has been dreadful from memory, so this result doesn't surprise me. It's a big distraction for any side. Almost wouldn't mind them sneaking past Real before Barcelona put them out.

I think they've had a few off days after champs league fixtures yea, but they've had 10 days rest before this one, so they can't use that excuse for dropping points today. The Madrid away game is in between stoke and wigan so hopefully those 2 will be bang up for it. I'd also like to see them sneak through to the semis before getting their arses handed to them by Barca.

If we win tomorrow we are in the champions league next season. Simple as that.

Spurs won't pull 7 points on us especially when we play them at home.
Damn right.

Come on City, shove my negative comments in my gormless face! :-P

they do have a game in hand, though (after tomorrow)

Isn't it against Arsenal, though? I don't think they can bank on those points, but Arsenal could be mid-collapse at this point. So many variables.

No matter what spin you put on this result, it is agood result for city fullstop. Lets just hope we can compound the result by getting at least a point from tomorrow and not do our usual ''typical city'' shit.
