Some interesting points from souness there. Basically saying he believes city have the best team in the league and Mancini hasn't been at his best this season. To be honest I think that is accurate.

Hard to argue with it. Man for man, we are better than the vermin. But they have a level of consistency that we haven't been able to match this season.
