Squirming bankers

Watching a bunch of bankers on Sky news looking very much like rabbits in the headlights, as they are being quizzed by a Government committee. Some of the errors they made are so glaring, it's almost criminal.

A HBOS barrister advised his bosses that they were moving too fast and getting involved in very risky practises and advised them to rein it in, as this direction could seriously affect their whole business. So what did his bosses do?

They sacked him. He won an undisclosed settlement at an industrial tribunal, but had a gagging order put on him. As the bank went to hell in a handcart. And these jokers want bonuses!!

I watched a bit of that this morning. I liked it when they were asked about their banking qualifications...not one of them had any!

Personally, it's these criminals I'd like to see forced to pick up dog shit in the park, prior to anyone on long term sick or dole. Then on Sundays we could put them in stocks (not the ones they're used to short selling), get all the poo collected during the week and let kids launch it at their overfed suidae faces.

They said sorry... well, sorry's not good enough for me. The country is on it's knee, SMEs are on the verge of collapse everywhere and the unemployment levels are going through the roof.
I'd like to see their properties repossessed and them be forced to live on some minging sink estate. Because that's what is going to happen to a lot of good families, through no fault of their own. Makes me sick.

Gordon Brown should get a grip - every other Country including even Switzerland have banned bonuses yet this prick says that it is against their human rights not to get one. IMO thats bollocks. Tories in MEN had it right, the bankers want to privatise the rewards and socialise the risk - yeah right when people are really struggling.
