A bit fucked up that, when you consider that people don't get 3-5 years for grinding a broken bottle into someone's face on a drunken Saturday night.
Grind a broken bottle into the face of a tax man and its life
I don't think so, .bluwes

A MAN was yesterday jailed after he smashed his beer glass on a pub window sill, thrust it into his victim’s face and then pushed the broken glass’ jagged edge from jaw to hairline.
Michael Jackson underwent a five-hour operation to try to repair the gaping wound and its nerve ends but is still partially paralysed, the court heard.
The 21-year-old’s face droops, he dribbles when he eats and he can’t close one eye, even to sleep, forcing him to wear an eye patch.
Mr Jackson said his attacker Lee Whelan “will never have to look in the mirror and see what I have to look at every day”.
The bricklayer, from Wrexham, spoke of how he feared his appearance would put people, including potential employers, off thinking that he was a thug. “Nothing could be further from the truth,” he told Mold Crown Court. “I abhor violence.”
The attack happened in The Rollers Arms in Southsea, Wrexham, on July 17 last year when Mr Jackson acted as a peacemaker between Whelan, 27, and a friend, who suggested the defendant had been pestering his girlfriend.
Whelan, of Salisbury Road, Wrexham, turned on Mr Jackson, thrusting the smashed pint glass into his jaw.
The victim is receiving physiotherapy and electric currents have been run through his face to try to stimulate his nerves. He said he no longer eats in restaurants because he dribbles what he eats.
Whelan, who fled the scene, initially claimed he acted in self defence. But he pleaded guilty to wounding with intent to inflict grievous bodily harm.
He was sentenced to four years and eight months in prison.
The judge, Mr Recorder Duncan Bould, said: “Mr Jackson is going to have to live with the consequences, both physically and emotionally for the rest of his life, and he’s only 21 years of age.”
