I think he has Lee and Stalteri confused. Lee was LB for Spurs and now plays at Dortmund. Stalteri is a RB. But Lee was rated highly by Spurs fans and is considered the best player they've had in that position during the Prem era. He just never got much media attention and therefore fans of other clubs wouldn't have been aware that he was any good. How often to non Spurs fans carefully watch their LB? Basically he was good in the Prem and is now good in the Bundesliga. Stalteri was average at best in both leagues.
