That isn't quite right. The FFP regime has fully been tested, as in many of the cases its been thrown out at the first step (such as the galatasaray one I think it was) because of other reasons. No findings against FFP have been made, but Its not been through a truly rigorous court process to test their validity. There were plenty of cases thrown out before the Bosman one stuck.

Apart from Liverpool, we are “top of the league” and streets ahead of most of the supposed Top Six. This has not been a bad season, and unless the PL relegates us, there is literally nothing much they can do to harm us at this point, especially if the best we have to look forward to is at least a 1 year ban from the CL.

My fear is that we beat the UEFA rap and the PL dumps us out of the CL positions anyway, giving us a de facto CL ban through the back door!!
