St.Johnstone game

They may (and only may) put a few clips on social media, at the very least we will find out the score and scorers. Doesn't look likely to be streamed.

Don't care about the score or scorers. Just the injury count.

This will not be covered in any way! We often have these games in preseason without even knowing they are going on. I suspect we played Genoa last week when they were training with us and played Blackburn in a public pre-season game!

Girona mate :)

Can't help wondering who's been selected, what formations Pep's trying out, how Nolito gets on. The important thing is no injuries and we'll sure as hell know about those if they happen.

So, this game is about to kick and no one on here has any idea who is in the line-up and will have no idea when any goal is scored and may not even know the result afterwards?

It kicked off two mins ago, we are winning 2-0, Mangala is in goal and Joe is on the left wing.

what annoys me is the the lengths the clubs has go to please the fans in other parts of the world during preseason but when it comes it a match in manchester, it goes quiet.. maybe it's frustration from my excitement for the new season and watching pep work his magic... still wish we'd get atleast twitter updates

Because it's City, the one game all season we can't watch will be the game where Nolito scores a screamer, Bony grabs a hat-trick, Navas breaks a world record for assists in 90 minutes and James Horsefield has a stunner in goal. Then, to top it all off, Sané will come off the bench in the 80th minute and score our ninth goal from long range. We'll never know about it. Because it's City.

Me too... maybe because it's all so last minute St Johnstone were the only option to play against and they agreed to play on the condition it was entirely behind closed doors. Can't think why City won't aknowlegde it, unless

a) they are scared we will get beaten and for some reason don't want people to know about that
or
b) Pep's trying out some sort of tactic he doesn't want anyone else to know.

Maybe there's legal/licensing reasons behind it, I wouldn't know to be honest.
