Got as far as page 1. Surely official city documents would be on headed paper and for something like this they would have checked the document for grammar and spelling!

Well if this is true then count me in. This is a bit different than the usual buy a brick in a wall stuff, and shows a bit of creative thinking on City's part, and will look great, we take a lot of the stuff at the stadium for granted, such as City Square but I know a lot of visiting fans rate the experience and this will just add a bit of class. I suppose there will always be some Blues who would rather have a fibreglass mock up of a dog shit filled alley running down one side of the stadium!
