Stadium tour - start location

I'm booked on to do the stadium tour tomorrow.
Had anyone done it recently and can tell me where I need to go for the start of it?

Was over for a game last season, and I was at the ground very early (around 9) as I wanted to get something from the store and drop it back at the hotel, rather than carrying it around with me as we got nearer the kick off. Anyway, a group were leaving the store at that time.

Yeah it's not very well signposted but if you enter shop from stadium side, I'm sure there are stairs to the left of that entrance. And it's up there. But it's been a while since iv done it so .......

The family stand end of the ground is a building site and the store in that location has closed - see the pictures on the Campus and Stadium thread.

The store has moved to the city home site which is opposite the main entrance. Presumably the tour starts from there now but, if not, they'll know where.
