Stadium tour - start location

I'm booked on to do the stadium tour tomorrow.
Had anyone done it recently and can tell me where I need to go for the start of it?

Did it on Father’s Day and we started from South Stand level 1.

Just been in the new shop. It’s upstairs in there - used to be the City at home offices.

Anyone know how to activate the free pass for Junior Citizens? When you buy the membership it says you get one free pass for the stadium tour but when you go to pay it's in at a discounted charge. Any ideas?
