That makes sense. We have 2 season tickets. Mine I’ve had for over 40 years. My sons had his for 20+ years. Sometimes he gets asked to work at the last minute. I have mobility problems and sometimes can’t manage the walk. We don’t sell it on twitter or FB or pass it on to some tout/agency. We give it someone else in the same house, who has the same surname. Its not harming anyone and the seat is always taken. They generally won’t be bothered about the vanishingly small number of people using a communal phone.
It’s just completely impractical for most people and they might “catch out” say 50 people over a year, the cost of the cameras on 1 turnstile will probably exceed any “savings” they’d make.
It’s completely normal for an adult to have multiple ST’s on their phone for kids.
Honestly don’t think they give a shit if you are taking your brother, daughter etc and scan them in, what they are clearly cracking down on is online ticket reselling groups on x or facebook. Up until this season you could have a spare account - transfer tickets to that on a game by game basis then forward the email on to a friend for free or sell it online. They want to resell those tickets themselves and if you are going to less than 10 games they want the ticket back.
