Born in Collyhurst (which I didn't know), and Played 17 times for us in the late 60s....





Obviously, he'll be better remembered for his time at QPR. A very good player in the era of Tony Currie, Frank Worthington, Duncan Mackenzie etc etc. Sleep well Stan.

Never forget being in the Kippax when he split up with his wife.. “Stanley Stanley where’s yer wife we bellowed.. He walked up to the Kippax and smiled, then shrugged his shoulders ..
