If we get both and don't lose Tevez, that is what is going to happen. Mata fact even if we lose Tevez, that will still likely happen with Balo or Dzeko leading the line.

I love De Jong's passion and aggression, but Yaya is the better player who can defend and drive forward, with a good range of passing too.
To be honest I can't see us getting Sneijder, but Silva could play in Sneijder's position above (maybe bring in Mata for Silva's position), I just don't see the need for 2 Defensive Midfielders.
Hopefully Tevez stays, but as you say, Dzeko or Balotelli could lead the line and IMO that is Balotelli's best position as a striker.
Obviously the team will be rotated and there are many different line-ups we could put together, its just that I think the one above would be title winners.... comfortably ;o)
